Christina Clark

Biographie : Christina Clark is a global real estate strategist with over 20 years of experience advising high-growth companies on portfolio decisions. She has negotiated more than $4 billion in transactions across 30 countries. As Vice Chairman in Newmark’s Occupier Services group, she leads multi-market strategy and global transactions for some of today’s most innovative brands, including Box, KKR, OpenAI, and several other frontier technology companies. Over her career, Christina has also advised Airbnb, Facebook, Google, Oracle, Twitter, and Uber on their global real estate strategies. Prior to being recruited to Newmark, Christina founded and led Cresa Global’s Technology Practice Group, consistently ranking as a top producer. She was an apprentice to Warren Wixen and held roles at Gensler, Global Crossing and for Senator Dianne Feinstein. Christina has been recognized as one of the Business Times Most Influential Women and GlobeSt.com’s Women of Influence; and is a Founding Board Member of RED – Real Estate Divas. She has also served on the Global CoreNet Young Leaders Board and as President of the Bay Area Children’s Theatre. Christina lives, works, and plays in San Francisco with her family.
