Magdelene Chua

Biographie : Magdelene is a Partner with PwC Singapore with over 24 years of professional experience providing assurance and financial advisory services to multinational and listed clients. Her main focus is on the real estate industry and her key clients include sovereign wealth funds, real estate developers, real estate investors, funds and hotels. Previously, she has spent four years with the Global Capital Markets Group and M&A team, including a tour of duty to the London office. Beyond her experience in financial and operational audit, she has accumulated specific experience in corporate governance, financial reporting, investigations, global capital markets, data audits, M&A transactions, post- deal implementation and finance effectiveness. As part of ULI, she was a founding member of WLI in Singapore and have served on the WLI and ULI SG committees. Currently, she serves as a ULI Global Governing Trustee and co-chairs the finance committee as a member on the Urban Land Institute Asia Pacific Exco. Beyond real estate, Magdelene serves as a board member and audit committee member in the National Parks Board and the Stroke Support Station.
