William Collins February 2003 Bill Collins joined Cassidy & Pinkard in 1983. His focus is on the sale of office buildings and land in the Washington metropolitan area. During the past twenty years, he has successfully completed more than 44 billioon in investment property sales. Bill Collins is ranked as athe number one Office Innvestment Sales Broker in the Washington, DC market by CoStar Advisor in its SUmmer 2001 Mid-Year Market Analysis. Bill has been recognized by the Washington, DC Association of REaltors as one of the top 10 commercial sealespeople in metropolitan Washington, DC each year since 1985 and as the top commercial sales broker the Washington, DC region for 1987, 1990, 1993, 1994, and 1999. He received the "Sales Transaction of the Year" award in 1989, 1990, 1991, 1999, and again in 2000. Prior to joining Cassidy & Pinkard, Bill worked with ARMSA, Inc. in Houston, Texas where as Vice President of Marketing and Contracting, he increased sales from $4 million to $33 million in less than three years. Bill is a member of Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, (NAIOP).
