Ryan Doyle
Biographie : Ryan Doyle joined Cambridge Holdings, Inc. in July 2013 and serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Cambridge's oneC1TY development in Nashville, TN. oneC1TY Nashville is a dynamic new urban community being developed in Nashville's university & healthcare corridor, directly adjacent to Centennial Park. Ryan brings nearly two decades of project planning and strategy expertise, including leadership within university and community health institutions in urban settings across the United States. His current work connects his knowledge of urban planning, healthcare services, university based research and technology within mixed-use community developments. Prior to joining Cambridge, Ryan represented Welltower, in working with strategic healthcare and life science partners on growing their business strategies through the use of Welltower's development capital platform. He led Welltower’s master planning and development services, advising clients on efficient and best use of their capital resources, effective financing options for long-term stable ownership, as were as considerations where sustainability and evidence based design principles were applicable. Prior to joining Welltower, Ryan was a Senior Consultant for Ernst & Young's Health Sciences Advisory Services, working primarily providing healthcare regulatory solutions, prospective financial analyses, project feasibility and capital planning services, in Chicago, IL. These solutions were primarily focused on efficient and cost effective uses of existing facilities, available land and developing the best overall plan for new and existing healthcare campuses. Engagements included projects ranging from bio-technology, ambulatory surgery and inpatient hospital facilities as well as developing the strongest operating model for the services to be provided within these projects. Ryan completed both his Bachelor and Masters in Healthcare Administration degrees at Indiana University, while concurrently working at Clarian Health. Clarian is statewide network of more than ten hospitals based in the Indianapolis area. While at Clarian, Ryan spent the majority of his career working at James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children, managing several federal National Institute of Health grant programs, and at Methodist Hospital, focusing on strategic planning initiatives for each individual hospital and also completing new campus planning and feasibility for two suburban hospitals that are now operational and profitable. In addition to his Masters in Healthcare Administration, he also holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from Auburn University. Ryan frequently speaks on principles of effective healthcare planning and has written white papers on "strategic master facility planning for healthcare providers" for the national trade association and Healthcare Financial Management Association. He is the founding member of the Urban Land Institute’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Council, as well as being an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (“ACHE”) and Healthcare Financial Management Association, along with being a board member of the Nashville Civic Design Center. Away from work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, all his friends and colleagues in Nashville, TN. 4/25/17
