CAREER SUMMARY Sean P. Deasy and his Southern California Multi-Housing Partners have specialized in the sale of larger apartment buildings and multifamily residential land tracts since he joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc., formerly CB Commercial, in 1985. Highest Achievement Honors have been awarded to Sean multiple times in his 20+ year career. Recent honors include being designated by CB Richard Ellis as the top producing multi-housing broker in 2000, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 in the State of California. In 2007, Sean and his partners on behalf of their seller clients facilitated the sale of in excess of 3,400 units in Southern California and elsewhere for an aggregate consideration exceeding $1 billion. Sean has consistently been among the top CBRE multifamily producers nationwide and in the Western United States for the seventh consecutive year. Since 1999, Sean and his partners have sold over 36,000 units in more than 130 transactions for an aggregate consideration exceeding $3.7 Billion. Sean is a member of the CBRE Colbert Coldwell Circle, which honors the top 3% of producers for the company nationwide, for the eighth consecutive year. In 2005, Sean received the company's highest honor for his distinguished service and deal making capability, the Edward S. Gordon Award. He is the first CBRE recipient of this prestigious award in the history of the company.
