Zena Diggs
Biographie : Zena Diggs is the Midwest Market Executive for Commercial Real Estate Banking at Bank of America, responsible for leading a team of client managers, overseeing an $8BN loan portfolio, and delivering full banking services to real estate clients located in the Midwest. Based in Chicago, Ms. Diggs joined Bank of America in 2004 in Global Corporate Banking where she was responsible for debt solutions that helped public real estate companies improve working capital and meet their business needs. Prior to leading the Midwest team, Zena worked as a Senior Client Manager. In that role, she was responsible for advising real estate private equity investors, developers, REITs, and other clients on capital needs and delivering debt, treasury, derivatives, FX, private placements and investment banking. Before joining Bank of America, Zena worked as an Equity Research Associate at Citigroup in Stamford, Connecticut and as an Auditor with Deloitte & Touche in New York City. Ms. Diggs holds the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Series 7, 63, and 24 licenses, and serves on the board of the Metropolitan Planning Council, the board of the Real Estate Lenders Association, and is Chair of the Governing Member Ambassadors of the Brookfield Zoo. Zena is also an active member of The Urban Land Institute where she is a member of the ULI Chicago Advisory Board, a member of a Local Product Council, is part of the DEI Committee as well as the ULI Yield Cohort. Ms. Diggs holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration and finance from Florida A&M University.
