Jonathan Fascitelli
Biographie : I’m the Founder and Chairman of Seregh and formerly served as the CEO of Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment Real Estate. During my time there, I led the development of the Philadelphia 76ers' new $1.5 billion arena, along with major projects for the New Jersey Devils. This included revitalizing the historic Loew’s Theatre in Jersey City and driving growth around Newark's Prudential Center. I’m deeply committed to enhancing neighborhoods and creating positive social impact through economic growth and job creation. Over the course of my career, I’ve been involved in more than $16 billion in investments, gaining deep experience across arena redevelopment and development, public-private partnerships, public relations, large-scale master planning, mixed-use development, complex financing, and sports team acquisitions. In addition to my role at HBSE, I worked closely with HRS Management and BOLT Ventures, the family offices of Josh Harris and David Blitzer. On behalf of HRS Management, I served on the board of Mosaic Development Partners, a Black-owned developer with a strong community focus. I also played a leading role in the acquisition of the Washington Commanders. In New York, I oversaw operations at Central Park’s Wollman Rink in partnership with Related and Equinox. Through BOLT Ventures, I advised Vessel Technologies, a company focused on innovative solutions to affordable housing, and supported their work with the Cleveland Guardians. I’m a graduate of Brown University and hold an MBA from Harvard Business School.
