Tim Gaidis
Biographie : Tim Gaidis is a Senior Project Designer in HOK’s St. Louis office where he leads projects spanning innovation districts, corporate headquarters and science and technology. Tim has played an integral role in the design and delivery of master planning efforts and buildings in St. Louis’ Cortex Innovation Community. He’s led work in both the 4240 and 4220 Duncan buildings, as well as future development at Wexford’s Custom Steel Processing site. Tim has also been involved with the concept development of Rochester, Minnesota’s Discovery Square and Destination Medical Center and work at 3675 Market in Philadelphia’s uCity Square, led by Wexford. He understands the complexities of the innovation community project type and the principles integral to its success – and his past experience as HOK St. Louis’ Sustainability Leader continue to inform critical aspects of this work as forward-thinking innovation community clients desire ecologically, commercially, and personally transcendent solutions for business, lifestyle, and planet.
