Laura Huffman

Biographie : Laura Huffman is a proven expert in strategic development and executive leadership with more than 25 years of experience. She is the founder and president of CivicSol, an Austin-based consultancy focused on workforce development, infrastructure, climate change and economic development. She is also a consultant in change management for the City of Austin’s Interim City Management team where she is focused on the structural and programmatic changes needed to advance the highest priorities of our community. Prior to founding CivicSol, Laura was President and CEO of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce, where she was the first female CEO in the Chamber’s history. Laura’s previous experience includes serving as Texas State Director for The Nature Conservancy, Assistant City Manager for the City of Austin and Deputy City Manager of San Marcos. Laura is a native Austine and has four children with her husband Kent.
