Biographie :
W. Dean Henry is Chief Executive Officer of Legacy Partners Residential, Inc., where he oversees all activities regarding the multifamily portfolio. During his career, Mr. Henry has been directly responsible for the development of more than 50,000 multifamily units. Mr. Henry came to Legacy Partners in 1973 after graduating from the University of Puget Sound in 1969 with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. During his college years, he entered the multifamily housing industry working with United Homes in Seattle and later with the L.B. Nelson Corporation developing apartment communities. Having fostered Legacy Partner’s growth in Seattle, Denver and Portland for fifteen years, Mr. Henry was promoted to senior partner in charge of developments for the entire Western Region in 1989. Mr. Henry became President of the company when Lincoln Property Company Western Region became Legacy Partners in the fall of 1998. He became CEO in September 2012. Mr. Henry served as Chairman of the Board of the San Francisco YMCA; a Board Member of Mercy Housing; Chairman of the National Multi Housing Council PAC; and Chairman of a ULI Multifamily Council. He currently serves as Chairman of the NAHB Multifamily Leadership Board. Legacy Partners is one of the leading developers and managers of residential and commercial properties. Legacy Partners is involved in the ownership of assets in California, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Utah, Washington, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina and South Carolina.
