Brian Jaffe

Biographie : Brian Jaffe is a Development Manager for Atlantic Pacific Companies. Mr. Jaffe’s responsibilities encompass managing all phases of the development cycle including acquisition, predevelopment, sourcing financing, design, construction management, and stabilization process. Mr. Jaffe’s experience comprises of structuring deals across diverse financing sources including debt (tax-exempt bonds, private placement, and conventional), equity, low-income housing tax credits, HUD subsidies, and local assistance. Mr. Jaffe is currently overseeing the development of multifamily market rate, mixed income, affordable and mixed use developments in Florida, Texas, and the mid-Atlantic. Mr. Jaffe specializes in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profits, faith-based organizations, investors, and lenders. Mr. Jaffe earned his Master’s degree in finance and Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship & Real Estate from Florida State University. Mr. Jaffe grew up in Broward County and currently resides in Miami, Florida.
