Mary Beth Jenkins

Biographie : Over the course of her thirty-year career, Mary Beth Jenkins has worked in multiple facets of the commercial real estate industry, including office and retail leasing, development consulting and land acquisitions. As President and Founder of The Laramie Company, Mary Beth is known for her ability to balance bold visions, in-depth analytics and prudent execution to bring her clients world-class results. Mary Beth is currently working with the Colorado Rockies on their West Lot Development adjacent to Coors Field in Downtown, Denver. A mixed-use project including office, retail, hotel, residential condominiums and The Rockies Hall of Fame. Mary Beth is acting as real estate consultant and heading up the retail leasing for the project. Scheduled to open in 2021, The West Lot will provide a vibrant and sustainable mixed-use project not only the Colorado baseball fan, but the entire Denver community. Mary Beth is also working on the Downtown Westminster Project in Westminster, Colorado. Located on a 100-acre former regional mall site half-way between Denver and Boulder, this 25-block mixed-use development will include over 2 million square feet of office, 2500 residential units and 750,000 sf of retail space. Mary Beth assisted the City of Westminster in the acquisition of the site and is currently implementing the City’s vision through the careful curation of developers and key retailers on a block- by-block basis. Construction on Phase One is under way with over 1 million square feet of space scheduled to open by early 2020. A native New Yorker and an Urban Planning graduate from Tulane University, Mary Beth embraces the spirit of the West. As owner and managing partner for The Laramie Cattle Company, she is dedicated to the production of high quality, all-natural and sustainably raised beef.
