Ayden Kristmanson

Biographie : Ayden is a Sustainability Specialist with expertise in emission reduction and corporate sustainability strategy, focusing on the real estate sector. At Bosa Properties, Ayden has led the development of the company’s sustainability strategy, implementing initiatives in energy management, embodied carbon reduction, EV charging, and carbon credit generation. A University of Toronto graduate with a background in urban planning and sustainability, Ayden combines technical proficiency with a passion for climate action, leveraging a robust professional network to deliver impactful solutions. Since January 2024, Ayden has volunteered with ULI as the Programming Chair of Vancouver’s Net Zero Imperative (NZI) and authored the NZI’s Technical Assistance Panel Report.
