Raymond Kuniansky

Biographie : March 14, 2012 Raymond L. Kuniansky, Jr. ID# 137845 Biography Since 2008, Raymond L. Kuniansky, Jr. has been the Vice President of Development Operations for Columbia Residential a regional developer of Mixed-Income, multi-family properties. Columbia develops for its own portfolio and in partnerships with Housing Authorities in the Southeastern United States. Our mixed finance transactions include multiple layers of financing utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits, HOME, CDBG, other soft funding sources and Housing Authority funds where applicable. Columbia has developed and currently manages over 6,000 units in 40 properties in four states. Prior to Columbia, Ray spent 12 years as the COO of the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership an organization focued on neighborhood revitalization through support of neighborhood based community development organizations, affordable housing lending and development. Since 1991 ANDP has been involved in the production of over 6,000 affordable housing units. Ray joined ANDP after 10 years in banking as a Commercial Real Estate Lending Officer. Prior to banking Ray spent 2 years in the Insurance business and 5 years as a paraprofessional for Atlanta Public Schools. Kuniansky, a native of Atlanta, received a BBA in Finance from Georgia State University in 1981. Ray currently serves on numerous local community boards and is a long standing member of ULI. Ray has been married for 25 years and lives in Tucker, Georgia with his wife and son.
