Steven Kline

Biographie : Steven Kline is the Vice President of Regan Construction Company. Steven handles construction estimating, job coordination and quality control among other necessities. He is responsible for client relations, code review and zoning, planning and construction documentation. Steven has experience in educational, commercial, and residential projects and has extensive knowledge in land development and planning. Steven also holds and maintains an OSHA 30 certification. Steven is also a partner and registered architect, in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, with Regan Kline Cross, LLC. He specializes, in working with and guiding through, multi-family, institutional, educational, and residential development clients through the feasibility, land planning, design, documentation, approval and construction processes. He is a graduate from Temple University in Philadelphia. He is the Chairman of the Montgomery County Planning Commission and is a valued member of the Urban Land Institute Community & Economic Development Council along with membership in The American Institute of Architects. Steven also served as Abington Township (Montgomery County) Commissioner for 12 years.
