Christine Li

Biographie : With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Christine is the Head of Research APAC at Knight Frank, a global leader in property consultancy. In this role, she shapes the long-term business strategy by developing and implementing research initiatives that support the regional and global objectives of the firm. Christine has a proven track record of delivering insightful and actionable research and analysis across various property sectors, such as office, industrial, residential, student accommodation, multi-family, and data centres. She curates and coordinates regional forecasts and market outlooks for clients, and provides research-based perspectives to commercial leasing and investment processes. She is also a respected media commentator and thought leader, with extensive experience as a property correspondent and commentator with Singapore Press Holdings. Christine holds a Master of Arts degree in Media and Communications from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Cornell University.
