Kim Liautaud

Biographie :
Ms. Liautaud is the segment head of US Commercial Real Estate and Infrastructure for BMO Commercial. Kim joined BMO in 2012 and was appointed to lead the US Commercial Real Estate business in 2017. Taking on the segment head role in 2021 added the Engineering and Construction as well as Community Investment businesses to her leadership. She has deep lending experience in the commercial real estate sector across all property types as well as all US markets as well as broad lending experience across industries. Prior to joining BMO, Ms. Liautaud worked at Merrill Lynch Capital for 6 years in the commercial real estate group providing senior first mortgage debt and mezzanine debt to commercial real estate owners and developers. Before Merrill Lynch, she spent 13 years at Heller Financial, Inc. holding various positions within the institution including 10 years in commercial real estate. Kim is active externally as well as a ULI and CREFC member. She is also an active advocate for women in the industry serving on the advisory council for ULI Chicago/WLI Advisory Board. Kim also serves on the finance committee for SOS Children’s Village Illinois, and on the Tocqueville Committee for United Way Chicago.
