Paul Lang

Biographie :
Paul R. Lang, AIA is a preservation architect and Managing Principal at Carmina Wood Design in Buffalo, NY, where he leads adaptive reuse and historic rehabilitation projects across the Great Lakes and beyond. His work focuses on complex urban sites, legacy infrastructure, and public-private redevelopment that balances design, feasibility, and long-term community value. Paul is actively involved with ULI at the local and regional level. He regularly participates in the UrbanPlan program in partnership with the University at Buffalo, supporting students in applied, market-based development scenarios. He has also contributed to multiple ULI Technical Assistance Panels (TAPs), serving both as a local host/organizer and as a committee member, offering expertise in preservation, planning, and urban design.
