Ronald Lunt

Biographie : Mr. Lunt is one of the founding partners of Hamilton Partners and is responsible for office development and acquisition activities in the Chicagoland area. Since the firm was established in 1987, Hamilton Partners' office portfolio has grown to approximately 9 million square feet. Prior to establishing Hamilton Partners, he was the office division partner for the Trammell Crow Company in the Chicago area. With the Trammell Crow Company he was responsible for the leasing, management, and development of the Chicago office properties. Mr. Lunt has more than 50 years of experience in the real estate business. He has been directly involved in more than $2 Billion worth of office building development which included the financing, leasing, and management of these properties. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the University of Minnesota in 1970.
