Biographie :
I grew up in Sacramento, California and attended the University of California at Davis where I obtained a BS in Food Science and Technology. While at Davis, I had a job as a student manager job for the on-campus auditorium and had summer positions with Pacific Gas and Electric Company, the California Almond Growers, and Del Monte Corporation. Upon graduation I worked at Campbell Soup’s production facility in Sacramento. I went on to obtain an MBA from Columbia University in Finance and Accounting. While at Columbia, I worked at Moody’s Investors Service and upon graduation worked for the Seagram Spirits and Wind Groups in various positions of increasing responsibility in finance and strategic planning until its sale in 2002.   I began my Real Estate career in 2003 with The Goldenberg Group in Development. At Goldenberg, I have been involved in the adaptive reuse of an office building into high end luxury condos (The Ayer on Washington Square), the creation of 2 suburban residential communities (Haverford Reserve and Mattison Estate), a mixed-use community at 17th and Carpenter (Carpenter Square), 1,806 beds of student housing at Temple University (The View at Montgomery and Vantage) and a 322 unit multifamily building (1213 Walnut). Additionally, I have responsibility for marketing and PR, and oversee our philanthropic efforts, movie theater and art gallery.   I have been active in ULI since 2004 as a member of various councils, including Housing and Life Sciences and more recently, have be a founding member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative and Urban Plan roll out in Philadelphia. I have also been involved in the early stages of the Black Squirrel initiative.   In addition to my family, my interests, beyond real estate and the built environment, include basketball, film, dance, chess, gardening, music, classic cars, and rearranging my basement.
