Greg Michaud

Biographie : Greg has over 20 years real estate experience in valuation, asset management and lending on commercial real estate throughout the United States. He has been employed by ING Investment Management for over 14 years, and is currently Head of Loan Production for all loans originated by ING owned life insurance companies in the U.S. and is over a staff of 30 real estate professionals in the legal, servicing and production departments. In addition to loan production, he is on the investment committee for ING's opportunity fund and participates in the management of the CMBS portfolio. Greg's other positions at ING include being the west coast team leader, a territory loan officer and an asset manager, which included the work out of under performing loans. Prior to working at ING, he was a commercial real estate appraiser covering the Southeast for six years. Greg has a BS in Real Estate from The Florida State University, an MBA in finance from Kennesaw State University and an Executive MBA from the University of Georgia.
