Vincent McBrien

Biographie : Vincent W. McBrien Vice Chairman & CFO Hometown America LLC After graduating from the University of Chicago in 1971 with an MBA in finance and marketing, Vincent McBrien joined the team at Booz Allen & Hamilton. At Booz Allen & Hamilton, Mr. McBrien focused on the analysis of large multi-use planned residential and commercial developments, corporate relocation studies and regional transportation. Mr. McBrien has also worked as the head of market research with JMB Realty Corporation, the CIO of the Berkshire Group, and COO of Endowment Realty Investors. Presently he is the CFO and Vice Chairman of Hometown America, a manufactured housing investment and development company funded by pension capital. Hometown America's current portfolio consists of 30 communities (over 10,000 sites) that are evenly divided between affordable communities for families and HUD designated over 55 retiree communities.
