Allen Parker

Biographie : Mr. Parker has 35 years of experience as a city manager, village manager or tribal CAO. Concurrently, he was hands-on in all matters of development & redevelopment (tax increment). He holds a Bachelors in Business from Chapman University in Orange, California and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Kansas. He was a member of two ULI Advisory Service Panels: Lowell, MA in 2003, which focused on the downtown area; & Indian Wells, CA in 2016, which he chaired & focused on highest & best uses of undeveloped property.
