Biographie :
Howard Paster President Paster Properties As President and third-generation owner of Paster Properties, Howard oversees all aspects of business operations to advance Paster's mission of connecting retailers with community demands. His integrity, strong relationships, and innovative thinking have helped Paster Properties become a leading retail partner and developer in the Twin Cities. Since joining the firm in 2000, Howard has led the ground-up development of three retail centers in Lakeville and Rochester, Minnesota totaling 150,000 square-feet. Drawing on his expertise in acquisition, disposition, development and retail leasing, he has also redeveloped six properties totaling approximately 600,000 square feet. Prior to joining Paster Properties, Howard worked with Mid-America Asset Management in Chicago, Illinois. During his eight years there, he worked in the property management and leasing department, primarily focusing on neighborhood and grocery-anchored retail shopping centers and mixed-use projects for institutional clients. Howard received his bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is an active member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association, International Council of Shopping Centers and Young Presidents Organization. Paster previously served as the State Legislative Affairs Co-Chair for the Minnesota Shopping Center Association and as the International Council of Shopping Centers State Director and Government Affairs Chair for Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Howard also coaches youth soccer for Tonka United Soccer Association , and is a board member of Israel Tennis Centers, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of Israeli youth through tennis.
