Mark Potter

Biographie : Junly 2003 MARK B. POTTER, PRINCIPAL Mark B. Potter is a Principal with the AEW Partners Funds, responsible for eight separate operating company ventures including multi-family, office and self-storage, with a total expected value in excess of $1 billion. Mark also is responsible for the AEW Partners Funds acquisitions for the Midwest, Southwest and New York/New Jersey regions. Since joining AEW in 1990, Mark has held various positions in asset management and acquisition, including Asset Group Leader for AEW's multi-family group. Prior to joining AEW, he spent four years with KPMG/Peat Marwick's Audit Group, focusing on real estate, banking and investment services. Mark is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association, the National Multi-Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado (B.S.).
