Biographie :
Roman Pacewicz, Chief Product Officer, leads product management and development for AT&T Business supporting a Total Business for AT&T including both fixed and wireless which is a $37B annual revenue stream in 2018. AT&T Business serves more than 3 million business customers around the globe. In this role, his team is responsible for all aspects of product management, from defining the strategy and developing the product portfolio to delivering revenue performance and profitability. Prior to his current role, Roman was Senior Vice President, Offer Management & Service Integration where he was leading the development of industry leading SDN based offers and creating unique value propositions for the Business Market. In this role, his team was responsible for global business development, pricing, market analytics and service integration for the AT&T Business portfolio. Roman has also served as Senior Vice President-Marketing & Global Strategy. In this role, he led marketing functions including channel marketing, brand and product positioning, advertising, market analysis and global business development. During his 20+ year career, Roman has held key leadership positions to drive innovation and performance across multiple disciplines including Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Systems Development, Engineering and Operations. He was a key architect for the Applications Services business. And, he served as Senior Vice President of Regional Marketing where he was responsible for developing and marketing services for the Small, Medium, Government, Education and Medical Markets. Roman holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
