William Pettit

Biographie : I spent 18 years in Regional banks with positions as EVP and head of Real Estate lending, Chief financial officer and as President and Chief Operating Officer. 28 years ago I founded Merrill Gardens, a regional senior housing firm for the Merrill Family headquartered in Seattle, Washington. Today the company owns and operates 70 communities in 20 states. I am a past Chairman of American Seniors Housing Association and a current Board member of Argentum. Merrill Gardens operates rental communities for independent, assisted living and memory care seniors serving both middle income and affluent seniors.
