Gareth Roe

Biographie : Gareth is a licensed member of the American Planning Association and the American Institute of Certified Planners. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute serving as the chair for the ULI-NW Thriving Communities Committee, the Downtown Seattle Association, NAIOP and the International Council of Shopping Centers. In addition, he has served as past Co-Chair for the City of Seattle Parks and Recreation Skateboard Park Advisory Committee. In his role as the Director of Business Development, Gareth oversees the business development and client relations functions of the firm. In addition, he is directly involved with the planning, entitlement and environmental review tasks on complex projects for his clients and the rest of the staff at the firm.
