Lance Ramella

Biographie : Lance Ramella Bio Prior to forming Housing Trends, LLC, Lance was Senior Vice President at John Burns Real Estate Consulting. In this role, he was in charge of the firm's consulting practice in the Midwest region. Previously, Lance was Director of Consulting at Metrostudy, a national housing information and consulting firm. Previously, Mr. Ramella was a Founder and Principal at RW Real Estate Advisors, LLC in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. Possessing over 29 years of industry experience, he consults on a broad spectrum of residential and commercial properties including: all for-sale and rental product types; master-planned and communities and resorts; in-fill developments and active adult and senior housing projects. Previously as Senior Managing Director at Hanley Wood Market Intelligence, Mr. Ramella led consulting operations and management for the Central and Eastern United States. In that role, he conducted a wide variety of consulting projects as well as building product engagements , overseeing the largest geographic area served by Hanley Wood Market Intelligence. Mr. Ramella is a frequently quoted industry expert in The Chicago Tribune, Crain’s Chicago Business, The Daily Herald, Builder Magazine, Big Builder Magazine, Developer Magazine, The Washington Post among other business and industry publications. He has been a featured speaker at the Builder 100 Conference, Developer Conference, Presidential Seminar Urban Land Institute and Navigating the Chicago Real Estate Market. Mr. Ramella is a graduate of Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and is affiliated with many industry associations including the Urban Land Institute, Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago and the Builder Marketing Society.
