Sara Rutledge

Biographie : Sara R. Rutledge, CRE® is the Founder and Chief Economist of SRR Consulting, a real estate research services firm. She has 25 years' experience in macroeconomics and real estate research, working with data providers, brokerage firms, and institutional investors to create and monetize research-oriented applications and products. She was previously the Managing Director and Head of Global Market Research at StepStone Real Estate, leading the global macroeconomic view and private equity real estate performance outlook. Ms. Rutledge has also served as the Managing Director of Real Estate Products for a data science start-up, Director of Research at NCREIF, and a regional Director of Research and Analysis at CBRE. She spent eight years on Invesco Real Estate’s research team, leading US property market forecasts and global macroeconomic views. Ms. Rutledge has published real estate performance research in Business Economics and co-authored a Real Estate Research Institute-funded paper. She is a member of the ULI Chicago Women’s Leadership Initiative Advisory Board, ULI Research Forum, and the National Association for Business Economics. Ms. Rutledge earned her BBA with an Economics Minor and MS in Applied Economics at the University of North Texas.
