Aleksandra Smith-Kozlowska

Biographie : Aleksandra is a director in Urban Land Institute’s research team, and she specialises in sustainable built environment. Her role is to advance the C Change programme in Europe, supporting the real estate community to speed up the decarbonisation process and scale up initiatives. She is also working with the Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability at ULI’s HQ in the United States, focusing on the business case for green buildings by tying carbon reductions to increased asset value.
