Laura Slutsky

Biographie :
Laura Slutsky is an Associate Director at Guidehouse in the Housing and Community Solutions practice, located in Philadelphia. She supports public-sector and commercial clients nationwide on housing policy and programs, affordable housing finance, grants management, and community investment strategies. Laura has over fifteen years of public and nonprofit experience in housing, community development, disaster recovery, and sustainability. She led the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Philadelphia District Council for six years, serving as a convener and thought leader on key land use, real estate, and community impact issues. She managed green preservation loan programs for NYC’s housing finance agency, managed policy and strategic partnerships for the NYC Mayor’s Office of Storm Recovery and served at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in the Obama Administration, deploying funds to state and local governments and supporting policy work. Laura has political experience leading field teams on presidential campaigns and serving on Capitol Hill. She serves on the board of the Passyunk Avenue Revitalization Corporation (PARC) and is a member of the ULI Responsible Property and Investment Product Council.
