Suman Sorg

Biographie : Louis Klein is a Founding Partner of IREO, with a leading role in raising equity and debt capital, investment decision making, portfolio management, strategy, recruitment of senior personnel, investor relations, joint venture formation and other aspects of the establishment and management of IREO. IREO manages investment funds focused on large scale real estate development projects in India and has invested more than $1.5 billion of equity since 2005, with a blue chip set of global investors. In addition, IREO has an integrated local development operation with several million square feet of residential, commercial and hospitality property under construction and a well-established brand in India with more than $1.5 billion of residential sales since 2009. IREO has a team of more than 700 people and its portfolio encompasses more than 4,000 acres of land across the Delhi NCR, Punjab, Chennai and Goa regions of India. Prior to IREO, Louis was with Colony Capital, a privately-held global real estate investment firm, and Louis began his career with Secured Capital. Louis is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
