Taylor Shepard

Biographie :
Taylor Shepard has over a decade of commercial real estate experience working with institutional investors, developers, capital sources, and multinational corporations across North America. In 2022, Ms. Shepard joined BlackBirch Capital, a financial advisory firm that specializes in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic consulting for real estate sponsors, funds and operators. As an Associate Vice President, Ms. Shepard’s primary focus is investor relations, financial and market analysis, transaction management and due diligence. Prior to joining BlackBirch Capital, Ms. Shepard had been at CBRE for ten years, holding various roles through her tenure. She was most recently in Brokerage & Advisory Services in Silicon Valley, where she provided real estate consulting services for companies in software, social media, manufacturing, life sciences, and professional services industries. In her previous roles at CBRE as a Senior Associate Director in the Financial Consulting Group in San Francisco and Associate in the Debt & Structured Finance division in Boston, she has participated on more than $9.5 billion in debt & equity placement and sales for a wide range of development and stabilized projects for all product types across the country. While at CBRE, Ms. Shepard lead the CBRE San Francisco Women’s Network and was a founding member of the CBRE Debt & Structured Finance Analyst Network. Ms. Shepard is a member of the Mulgrave School Alumni Association Advisory Board, is a member of NAIOP’s Young Professionals Group Alumni Committee as a graduate of the Class of 2018, and a member of the Urban Land Institute – San Francisco Bay Area’s Young Leaders Group Advisory Steering Committee as the Co-Chair of the Development 360 Program, Membership Engagement Committee Member and Women’s Leadership Initiative Committee Member and past Co-Chair of ULI- Boston/New England’s Young Leaders Group.
