Biographie :
As the Steven L. Black Endowed Chair in Real Estate, Charles Tu, PhD, oversees the real estate program at the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business. He played a key role in launching the real estate major in 2009 and has served as the academic director of the Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) program since 2010. In addition to teaching both graduate and undergraduate courses at USD, Tu actively contributes to professional education programs for organizations such as ULI and NAIOP. Tu holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan and an MBA and PhD in finance from George Washington University. He also holds several professional designations, including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), LEED AP, and certifications in ARGUS Enterprise and ARGUS Developer. Répertoire des membres  Arrow
