Biographie :
Zach Tronti is a Development Director at Gilbane Development Company, where he leads the origination, pursuit, and execution of projects within the firm’s public-private partnership (P3) group. With over a decade of experience in development and project finance, Zach has managed over $1 billion in total project financings across the U.S. and international markets. His expertise spans social infrastructure, housing, academic buildings, health care facilities, K-12 schools, and municipal infrastructure. Zach’s recent work includes transformative student housing initiatives at Eastern Michigan University, the University of Rhode Island, Palm Beach Atlantic University, and Ohlone Community College. He has also played a key role in progressive public-private partnerships such as the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority Transit Center and the Northeast Community Propel Academy in Philadelphia. Prior to joining Gilbane, Zach worked for a P3 developer specializing in student and military housing. He began his career as a legislative aide for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Transportation & Infrastructure. Zach holds an MBA in Finance & Investments from the University of Notre Dame and a BA in Political Science from Brown University, along with multiple professional credentials in property, casualty, and international credit.
