Mike Van Daele

Biographie : Michael C. Van Daele joined Van Daele Development Corporation in 2003 as a Project Manager. Michael was directly responsible for day to day management of projects including due diligence, obtaining land entitlements, scheduling and project oversight, CFD bonds, DRE, Sales, Customer Service, and bond exoneration. In 2008 Michael was promoted to Executive Vice President and in 2011 was promoted to Chief Operating Officer and took on the additional responsibilities for the oversight of the operations of the Company which includes accuracy of all due diligence and proforma budgets for acquisitions of the Company, product development, and Van Daele’s highly successful Buyer Friendly program. Michael is directly responsible f or establishing operational goals, creating policies and procedures, training, scheduling, entitlements, DRE approvals, off-site and on- site construction, bond exoneration, customer service relations, and oversight of Sales and Marketing. Michael C. Van Daele received a Bachelor of Science and Management Degree with a Major in Finance from Tulane University’s A. B. Freeman School of Business in 2003. Mr. Van Daele is a licensed real estate broker and general contractor in the State of California.
