Evan Weisman

Biographie : Evan J. Weisman is Executive Vice President for DONOHOE Development Company. Evan oversees the development process for new projects, and works with all internal disciplines to meet and exceed project objectives. Evan brings over 13 years of experience working in real estate development and finance to DONOHOE. Evan has managed over 3,500,000 SF of both public and private commercial development projects during his career. Evan’s experience includes the development, redevelopment, renovation and interior improvement of many property types, including office, retail and mixed-use. Prior to joining DONOHOE in March 2018, Evan served as Senior Development Manager for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) where he oversaw new development and repositioning projects. Prior to COPT, Evan served as Director of Development for First Potomac Realty Trust where he oversaw the planning, design and construction of all major renovation and new development projects throughout the REIT’s portfolio. From 2006 to 2011, Evan served as Development Manager for DRI Development, a leading private developer in the DC region. Evan is a Co-Founder of ULI’s NEXT Washington Initiative Council, a member of ULI Washington’s Regionalism Council, a member of ULI’s Urban Revitalization Council (Gold Flight), a Committee Member of ULI’s UrbanPlan, a member of DCBIA, and a member of NAIOP. Evan volunteers with StreetWise Partners. Evan received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Development from The George Washington University, and is a LEED® Accredited Professional.
