Nathan Whigham

Biographie : Nathan is the Founder and President of EN Capital, a boutique commercial real estate capital advisory firm focused on debt and equity placement across all property types. Over his 17-year commercial real estate finance career he has been involved in over a billion dollars of CRE financings of all property types and deal structures. Prior to this he was the Senior Director of Business Development for Southern California at Cleanfund, a commercial PACE lender, where he was focused on originating PACE lending opportunities and educating the capital markets on PACE. Before Cleanfund he was a Senior Vice President and led Business Development at Nebo Capital, a commercial real estate capital advisory firm. Nathan also spent three years as a Senior Project Developer at Borrego Solar, where he developed over 6 megawatts of large scale commercial distributed generation solar projects for public and private entities such as the US Air Force, various municipalities and hospitals. Nathan started his career as a Sales Engineer at Trane, a large commercial HVAC manufacturer and energy services company. Given his wide ranging career he is an expert in commercial real estate finance, PACE financing, renewable energy development and building energy retrofits. Nathan holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona, an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, a Graduate Certificate in Space Law through the University of Mississippi School of Law and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. Nathan has been an active ULI member since 2007.
