Résumé du rapport : L'ULI a été engagée par l'Autorité de l'aéroport international de Raleigh-Durham pour s'occuper des terrains appartenant à l'aéroport qui ne sont pas désignés ou qui pourraient être requis à des fins aéronautiques futures d'une manière qui profite à la région du Research Triangle, et pour identifier des revenus supplémentaires à long terme pour le aéroportuaire qui complète l'exploitation de l'aéroport.
