C Change Intervention Briefing: Building Renovation Passports

Résumé du rapport : There are significant barriers to retrofitting European real estate, slowing down decarbonisation. The rate can be boosted significantly through widespread adoption of building renovation passports, already in use in several European countries. The Passport essentially acts as both a data log and a renovation roadmap. This briefing explores the current situation, what needs to happen next and how you can get involved. It is one of a suite of intervention points developed as part of the C Change programme. Intervention points are specific places within a system where we can target action, interrupting business as usual in order to drive transformation.
