ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean 2024 Leadership Institute Project
Résumé du rapport :
Résumé du rapport : A diverse team of six professionals from the development and real estate sectors collaborated to develop a plan to transform the underutilized Pirates Alley of North Bay Village. The team focused on key questions about activating the alley as a lively pedestrian space, attracting tourists, and integrating commercial and residential areas. Through site visits, stakeholder meetings, and community surveys, the team formulated recommendations for revitalizing Pirates Alley. The report outlines both short-term improvements, achievable within two years, and long-term strategies, which may take five to ten years, depending on specific projects.
