Ressources
Résumé du webinaire :
Résumé du webinaire : Driven by ULI member requests, CRREM, ULI, and the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab partnered to create more granular curves for the US and Canada. The project team engaged a broad set of real estate industry stakeholders to inform this process by hosting five open working group sessions and a 45-day public comment period for the real estate industry to provide input on the project’s priorities. In this webinar, the project team will present the more granular CRREM curves for the US and Canada and highlight key methodological changes.
