Juliette Apicella

バイオグラフィー：Juliette Apicella is responsible for the overall direction and deployment of Gables’ sustainability program and ESG reporting for annual corporate citizenship reporting and Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) Real Estate Assessment. Gables has participated in GRESB since 2012. Prior to this role, Juliette worked at Southface Institute as program manager leading technical services, program development, and evaluation for the Atlanta Better Buildings Challenge. This voluntary commercial energy and water efficiency program worked with owners and managers of diverse building types including multifamily and mixed-use participants. Before joining Southface in 2011, Juliette developed marketing and outreach campaigns for energy efficiency programs. She managed commercial design of new construction and renovation projects in low and high-rise buildings working with national corporate clients throughout the United States. She’s collaborated on white papers, writes articles, and speaks at industry conferences.
