James Curtin

バイオグラフィー：Jim is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets. He joined JLL as a part of the HFF acquisition in 2019, having started with HFF in 2008. Jim has contributed to the permanent, construction, mezzanine, preferred equity and joint venture equity financing of retail, office, multi-housing, industrial, hospitality, senior housing, single family rental, life sciences and data center assets totaling in excess of $20 billion during his tenure. He is a former Co-Chair of the Dallas/Fort Worth Office & Undustrial ULI Council. Jim is a past Board member, Foundation Board member and ALC member for The Real Estate Council (TREC) in Dallas and a member of the NAIOP's National Market Perspectives & Practices Forum. He is a Board member of the Ground Lease REIT. Jim is a CFA Charterholder, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (TX), Licensed Attorney (TX; Inactive) and former Certified Public Accountant. He has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, JD from Northwestern University, MA-Accounting from University of Virginia and BBA-Accounting from the College of William & Mary. Jim resides in Dallas with his wife and two children.
