Justin Chapman

バイオグラフィー：Justin is a Senior Development Executive for The Integral Group, where he is responsible for the full range of development activities the company’s portfolio of mixed-use projects in the Atlanta, GA. region. He holds a BA in Fine Art from Ithaca College, a Masters in Urban Planning from Georgia Tech, and a MDES in Real Estate from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Since 2008, he has engaged in the planning and implementation of over 1.6 million square feet of built projects across multiple asset types nationally. Justin is passionate about the role planning development can play as a positive change agent for cities and institutions, and believes that quality design should be accessible and central in shaping the life experiences across socio economic levels. Justin is active within the Urban Land Institute’s Public Private Partnership Product Council, the Harvard Real Estate Alumni Board, and is currently a Lecturer in Real Estate with the MRE program at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. He is also a member emeritus of the GSD Alumni Council and American Institute of Architects Board of Directors. As a creative, Justin has been engaged in electronic music production for over 25 years and has toured the world extensively in sharing his music. Justin currently resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife Randi, and son Brook.
