Katherine Caffrey

バイオグラフィー：Katherine Caffrey is the founder and principal of NAVIS Consulting, a firm that manages high-stakes, complex initiatives for the public sector. After almost twenty years in local government, most recently as Deputy City Manager for the City of Cedar Park, Texas, Katherine decided to focus her talents and utilize her unique experiences to guide municipalities to tackle large-scale, project work. During her tenure in city management, she directly managed virtually every city department, from public safety to quality-of-life services to development. She has significant substantial experience with city councils, boards, and the private sector, and she understands how to realize ambitious projects that move communities and organizations toward their vision. One of these projects was developing the City of Cedar Park’s first meaningful community engagement efforts, as well as the City’s first large-scale redevelopment effort and most complex public-private partnership in the city’s history.
