Scott Campbell

バイオグラフィー：Scott’s career includes over 29 years in the finance and real estate industries. Currently, he is Managing Partner of Lerner Real Estate Advisors, a Tampa-based firm that specializes in the management, re-positioning and ultimate disposition of defaulted Community Development District (CDD) projects. The firm also provides residential and commercial development management services. Prior to Lerner, Scott spent 12 years with Pulte Homes, including serving as Division President of Pulte’s Tampa operation from 2004-2010. On the finance side, Scott was a Vice President with Raymond James from 1997-2002, specializing in the homebuilding and real estate investment trust (REIT) industries.
