バイオグラフィー：I am a real estate and urban development strategist with 16 years of industry experience based in Singapore. I am in the business of providing bespoke strategic advisory through robust economic, financial, investment and market analysis to deliver remarkable urban, real estate and infrastructure projects. I advise and support government agencies, institutions, developers and investors on real estate transactions, investment strategies and development projects. Since entering the industry in 2008, I have delivered 300 projects and transactions totaling over US$5 billion in combined gross development and/or transaction value across North America, the Middle East and Asia. I am a registered professional planner with the Canadian and Singapore Institutes of Planners (MCIP RPP and SIP) and a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Originally from Montreal, Canada, I have been residing in Singapore since 2017. I am a Canadian citizen and a permanent resident of Singapore.
