バイオグラフィー：Born in the Soviet Union, I emigrated to the US in 1990 with my family. My father, without language or money, started as a painter and founded New Land in 1993. I now lead New Land Enterprises – a pioneering real estate development firm specializing in mixed-use residential and commercial real estate. New Land has developed ~$600M across 29 projects, and currently owns/manages ~ 2,000 apartments and ~200,000 SF of commercial space. The company is an expert in experiential and biophilic design. In 2022, we finished Ascent, currently the world’s tallest mass timber building. The 25-story, 259-unit development has been featured in the WSJ, NYTimes, Washington Post, NPR, Chicago Tribune, PBS NewsHour, NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt, VOX, and is now featured in a docu-series called Engineering the Future. While New Land will continue to develop and manage progressive and transformative projects, we are forming a new company called Timber + Partners to focus exclusively on mass timber prototypes and development.
